WhittierSpec
Privacy
WhittierSpec is a small Whittier project. This page says, in plain language, what the site stores.
If you create an account, we store the email you sign up with and a public username. Specs you post, star ratings, and photos you attach are public on the place page. Points, achievements, and your profile are public too.
If you use the local chat, the site may use a coarse version of your location to decide which room you are in. It is not a precise tracker, and it is not sold.
We do not sell personal information. The site is hosted with the usual providers for the app, the database, and basic visit statistics.
To ask what we have, or to request that an account or a spec be removed, email placespec@gmail.com or the on-site feedback survey.
